Median home prices during the first quarter of 2020 were $147,800, which is within 1.46% of the median home price during the first quarter of 2019. Home values are holding steady in Barron County.
Barron County real estate activity slowed a bit during April due to the Safer-at-Home orders that became effective March 25. However, real estate has been considered an essential business all along in Wisconsin, and we have been continually listing properties and selling homes!
